Balcony, Hall & Bedroom cleaning
Stage 1: Dry dusting/vacuuming of curtains, carpet, chairs & sofas to make them dust free.
Stage 2: Wet wiping of furniture, windows, glasses, panels, fans, switched boards, doors, cabinets and all other electronics items from outside. This will be followed by cobweb removal and balcony cleaning. (Wall washing not included)
Stage 3: Floor scrubbing with an industrial grade machine to make it totally clean.
Kitchen cleaning
Stage 1: Degreasing of gas stove, exhaust and kitchen sink.
Stage 2: Stain removal from floor and tiles.
Stage 3: Dusting of trolleys and shelves. (From outside only)
Bathroom cleaning
Stage 1: Stain removal from floor and tiles, washing of WC and sink.
Stage 2: Removal of scales from various bathroom accessories to make them shiny.
Floor cleaning with industrial grade machine
Stage 1: Through cleaning the floor with an industrial grade machine to make it totally clean.
Terms & Conditions:
PCS Care team will not move any heavy furniture, which has to be done by the client.
Customers are requested to provide Water and Electric connection.
Removal of Personal belonging from Cabinets and drawers not within the scope of work.
Customers are requested to lock all valuables during the service.
Any other additional work will be charged additionally.
Does not include removal of Paint Mark/ Gum/ Glue/ Sticker and other hard to remove marks.
The above mentioned rates are only indicative, actual prices will be based on site inspection.
Stain removal cannot be guaranteed 100%. However, best effort will be made to remove them.
